1. Licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse engineer the game or its content, except where the law allows it.

2. Ads. The game is free and shows ads. Ads come from third parties; we do not control their content and are not responsible for the products they promote.

3. Purchases. Purchases that remove ads or unlock content, if offered, are handled by your app store under its own terms and refund rules.

4. Availability. The game is provided as it is. We may change or remove content, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free.

5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss from using the game.
